“Damistan Charity” celebrates the volunteer cadres of the village under the slogan “Pioneers of Giving”

Coinciding with the International Volunteer Day, the Damistan Social Charitable Association celebrated its cadres and employees of both sexes, and personalities from the village institutions, in appreciation of the efforts they made during this year in community service, on Monday evening, December 5, 2022 AD, at the Al Alali rest house in the village of Damistan.

The ceremony began with a fragrant recitation from the Holy Qur’an by the student Muhammad Abdul-Ridha, and a speech to the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Haj Abdul-Hussein Al-Dif, in which he touched on the impact of volunteer life on the community and its effects on the volunteer and the community that replaced him.

After that, a film was shown by Haj Ahmad Al-Alam, in which he recounts the stages of establishing the Charitable Fund for the village of Damistan and the stages of its development until it was transformed into an association.

After that, personalities from the village institutions, the association's employees, those in charge of its development projects, and its meetings and committees were honored.

The ceremony concluded with a dinner in their honor.
