The Abu Saiba Charitable Fund Foundation (a private institution) was established in the Kingdom of Bahrain in the register of private institutions under registration number (1 / m / k / p / 98) in 1998 AD, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Associations, Social and Cultural Clubs, and private bodies working in the field of youth and sports and private institutions Issued by Decree-Law No. (21) of 1989 AD. The Abu Saiba Charitable Fund was transformed into the Abu Saiba Charitable Society in accordance with Law No. (42) of 2009 amending some provisions of the Law of Associations, Social and Cultural Clubs, and Private Bodies Working in the Field of Youth and Sports and Private Institutions promulgated by Law No. (21) for 1989 and Resolution No. (19) of 2010 specifying Conditions and procedures for converting private foundations into associations. Abu Saiba Charitable Society works to achieve its goals according to the laws adopted in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and Abu Saiba Charitable Society works to help needy and poor families, support needy students, emergency aid for individuals and families, and other charitable and social work.

Improving the standard of living, social and scientific in our village by developing the administration of receiving and distributing aid to needy families and helping these families to reach the level of self-support and the advancement of the educational level.
