Minister of Labor and Social Development Jamil Humaidan met, in his office, Representative Sheikh Majeed Al-Asfour, who introduced him to a number of members of the Al-Asfour Social Charitable Foundation (under establishment).

During the meeting, the goals of the Family Development Foundation and its statute were reviewed, which contribute to increasing communication and compassion between members of society and family development, as well as working to build bridges of cooperation and coordination between the children of Bahraini families in all fields, as well as developing skills through scholarships for education, training and striving to hire them. In this regard, Humaidan stressed the importance of promoting the spirit of cooperation and tolerance between families and solidarity among members of the same society, and appreciating national and social responsibility in serving the various segments of Bahraini society, expressing his hope that the Al Asfour Social Charitable Foundation would contribute to supporting the charitable work process in Bahrain.

For his part, Al-Asfoor appreciated the efforts made by the Ministry of Labor and Social Development to promote charitable work, praising the experience of charitable work in Bahrain in light of the growing number of charities aimed at supporting needy and needy families.
