Since its establishment, the association has endeavored to advance the level of the people of Al-Hajar in all aspects available to it, and among its most prominent activities:
- Helping needy families
- Supporting school students of all levels
- Supporting university students.
- Establishing educational, family, social, development and health workshops.
- Organizing social and development activities, such as an annual honoring ceremony for distinguished students, and remedial lessons for the defaulted students.
- Health Aid.
- Follow up the needs of the village mosques with the official authorities.
- Building and repair assistance.
- Marriage aid.
- Follow up with the official authorities on all the services the village and its people need.
- Follow-up of cemetery affairs and their needs.
- Cooperation in everything that can contribute to social cohesion.
