Al-Kawthar Society for Social Welfare - Orphan Care - held a workshop “We play to learn and develop” presented by the trainer, Muhammad Al-Ahmadi, to a number of members of the board of directors of the association and its employees at the Sanabis Youth Cultural Center. The categories affiliated to the association and raising its efficiency.
The workshop "We play to learn and develop" witnessed a series of interactive exercises and activities that promote teamwork and effective communication, in addition to presenting the basics of crisis management and ensuring sound decision-making.
For his part, Ahmed Al-Khabbaz, General Supervisor of the Al-Kawthar Association’s Training Center, confirmed that the center comes in the context of supporting and enhancing social efforts through various programs, and benefiting from the relevant supportive agencies, while working to prepare qualified and professional cadres, to ensure the excellence of the association in providing Comprehensive care for the orphan and his family through a sophisticated administrative system.
On the mechanism of the training center's work, Al-Khabbaz added, "The work team has finished developing an integrated study that includes action plans and presenting the strengths and weaknesses of all the factors affecting the work of the center, in order to present the project as one of the model projects, and to present it to the competent and relevant authorities," referring to the completion From addressing specialists in the field of training and development; In order to supplement the staff of the center.
Al-Khabbaz noted that the initial study of the center was based on seven basic work axes, most notably preparing orphans to enter the labor market, finding cooperation with shareholders, supporters and sponsors, activating aspects of community partnership, striving to build and qualify specialized volunteer cadres, in addition to training and developing the capabilities of the association's employees.
