Bahrain Women Union participates in a training workshop on the mechanism for interacting with the United Nations.

Ms. Badria Al Marzouq, a member of the Board of Directors of the Bahrain Women Union and Head of the Family Law and Marriage Contract Document Committee, participated in the training workshop organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the title (Training Program UN ECOSOC & Human Rights Mechanisms).

The workshop aims to enhance the capacity of associations to engage with various UN mechanisms, including the preparation of shadow reports, mechanisms for interacting with human rights bodies, and the standards of the UN Economic and Social Council. The conference will be held from September 7-9, 2029, at the Cabinet Building at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
