It is the backbone of the association’s activities, and the work of the Social Committee is reflected in many of the tasks it performs for the benefit of the villagers, the most prominent of which are:
- Studying and researching the economic cases of families according to the case research form, listing the needy families and opening their files.
- Distributing financial aid after allocating it to those in need in the form of periodic payments every two months.
- Orphanages.
- Distribution of in-kind and seasonal aid, such as school bags, stationery and winter clothes, in addition to foodstuffs, especially in the blessed month of Ramadan, which you get after diligence in your request.
- Helping those in need of treatment abroad, whether they are patients from inside or outside the village, is done with direct or indirect support in cooperation with other charitable associations and funds, after verifying the attached medical reports and confirming the authority sending the request and being assured of the truthfulness of the content of those incoming messages In this regard.
- Sponsoring the needy.
- Studying requests for restoration and doing so according to the fund's financial capabilities, and building, renovating and maintaining the homes of needy families.
- Coordination with the Foundation of the late Hajj Hassan Al-Aali regarding the construction of homes for the needy, and many requests have been completed, and follow-up is still underway with the Foundation to submit the rest of the applications that have been received and are on the waiting list.
- Receiving vows, aqiqah and donations and distributing them.
- Inventory of zakat al-fitrah, its classification and distribution and the distribution of the fifth to his family.
- Assisting those in need of marriage and coordinating and participating with the rest of the association’s committees in establishing group marriage projects.
- Recommend messages addressed to good people, scholars and institutions in the country.
- Coordination with the Women's Committee in providing programs related to development and aid
- Social support for needy families and field visits to the homes of needy families to discuss their condition.
- Coordination with the Ministry of Social Development regarding extending assistance to needy families.
