The Karana Charity Association and the Karana Youth Empowerment Center celebrated the health season under the title ((A Drop of Life)), under the auspices of His Excellency Dr. Jalila Al-Sayed Jawad, Chief Executive Officer of Health Care Centers in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and which was held from November 24 to November 27, 2031, in the presence of the official sponsor of the season and some officials of the authorities official and charities.
The season included awareness lectures presented by Dr. Muhammad Al-Alawi, consultant of surgery and endoscopy of the kidneys and urinary tract, and Dr. Zainab Hubail, a family doctor at the Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah Health Center.
The season also included a health day that was held on Friday, corresponding to November 26, 2021, in (Country Mall), in the presence of the official sponsor, Her Excellency Dr. Jalila Al-Sayed Jawad, and with the participation of a group of health centers and private clinics, with free consultations and examinations. The official sponsor of the season honored the region's cadres working in the front lines to combat the Corona pandemic.
The season concluded with Walid Al-Kaaba’s campaign in its fourteenth and fourth edition, on Saturday, corresponding to November 27, 2021 AD, in light of the distinguished presence of the people of the region and abroad. The specified number of donors from the blood bank, amounting to 120 donors, has been completed. The campaign was well received by the expatriates, who praised the abundance of its services and the good organization of those in charge of it.
Mr. Zuhair Hassan Makki, President of the Karana Social Charity Association, stated that the curtain has come down on the health season, which efforts have combined to make it a success within one of the four strategic goals of the association, and other initiatives will follow within the framework of this goal.
He added: The joint work with the Karrana Youth Empowerment Center is proceeding in accordance with the vision of institutional leadership in partnership between the state agencies concerned with the health sector, civil society organizations and the private sector, whose integration we believe is indispensable for the success story. He concluded his statement by extending the thanks and praise of the Organizing Committee to all partners who contributed to the work, to all members of the work team, and to all participants in the health season, hoping that this event would contribute to achieving the concept of "quality of life" for the people of the village and the region.
