A member of the municipal council in the northern region and representative of the twelfth constituency, Hussein Al-Khayyat, met with the board of directors of the Karzakan Charity Association, in the presence of the supervisor of the Public Services and Utilities Committee of the Municipal Council, Jaafar Bu Hassan, to discuss the most prominent needs of the people, and that (yesterday) Saturday the nineteenth of November 2016.
Al-Khayyat explained that "the meeting dealt with the file of housing requests for the villagers, the establishment, development and maintenance of the village's gardens, in addition to the development and maintenance of the village's coast and its old facilities."
He added, "We also discussed in the meeting a request to rehabilitate and develop the facilities of the Karzakkan Elementary School for Boys, which was established in the fifties, and a request to establish and allocate public parking lots in several locations in Block 1025."
Al-Khayyat continued, "The meeting also included a discussion of the results of the meeting of the head of the Jaafari Endowments Sheikh Mohsen Al-Asfour, which was held recently in the presence of a delegation from the village of Karzakkan to discuss the most important needs of places of worship, in addition to discussing the issue of the land allocated to the charity and the parental care headquarters and following up on its official procedures."
Al-Khayyat promised during the meeting to "consider the requests and needs of the village to present them to the concerned official authorities," thanking the representatives of the charity for their good communication and cooperation in order to deliver the requests of the people.
