The Karzakan Charitable Society is concerned with charitable charitable work and considers it an essential branch of individual and community development. It strives to meet the basic needs of people with limited and urgent income. It adopts development projects such as relief and social solidarity projects and regular and continuous subsistence projects for the poor and the needy. The cultural and educational level of the family in order to achieve comprehensive development for all, with the support of individuals and institutions of society.

The Karzakan Charitable Fund was established in 1993 as a private institution with the goal of organizing charitable work and providing social and economic stability to the community in the village. Its primary functions included assisting needy families within the housing complexes covered by the Fund's work. Later, the Foundation was transferred to the Karzakan Charitable Society in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, becoming a registered association with the registration number (40/c/x).
