The Karzakan Charitable Fund was established as a private institution on August 10, 1993 in order to organize charitable work in the village and to carry out its primary functions as an independent social institution within the village community and to assist in providing social and economic stability to the members of the society. In order to achieve the various activities of the Fund, which focused mainly on helping needy and needy families within the housing complexes covered by the Fund's work at the village level.

The Foundation was transferred to the Karzakan Charitable Society in accordance with Law No. (42) of 2009 amending certain provisions of the Law of Associations and Social and Cultural Clubs and the private bodies working in the field of youth and sports and private institutions promulgated by Legislative Decree No. (21) of 1989 and Decree No. (19) Conditions and procedures for the transfer of private enterprises to associations and registered in the register of registration of associations and social and cultural clubs under the registration number (40 / c / x)
