"Development" appoints a temporary board of directors for the Mahooz Association

The Minister of Labor and Social Development, Jamil Humaidan, issued a decision regarding the appointment of a temporary board of directors for the Mahooz Charity Association, where a temporary board of directors is appointed for the association for a period of 8 months to ensure the smooth functioning of the association and based on the proposal of the Assistant Undersecretary for Community Development headed by Naji Masoud and the membership of each of Saleh Anan, Hassan Al-Saffar Youssef Rahimi, Reda Abdullah, Yasser Abdullah, Ibrahim Muhammad, Hassan Tarada, Mahmoud Tarada and Mohsen Jassim.

The provisional council shall have the competencies prescribed for the board of directors in accordance with the provisions of the law on associations, social and cultural clubs, private bodies working in the field of youth, sports, private institutions, and the association’s statute. Those working in the association must take the initiative to hand over to the temporary board all the association’s funds, records, books, and documents.

The Interim Board of Directors shall prepare a report to be submitted to the Ministry of Labor and Social Development regarding the conditions of the association, including its financial affairs during the past two years, and its proposals to reform it, develop and organize its work in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned law and statute, within 6 months from the date of implementation of the decision.

The temporary board of directors invites the general assembly to a meeting to be held at least one month before the expiration of the specified period and after the approval of the ministry, and to present to it a detailed report on the status of the association. the aforementioned basic.
