The Al-Nabih Saleh Charitable Fund was established in 1992 with a license from the General Organization for Youth and Sports. Regarding the issuance of licenses and their transfer to the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
On this basis, the founding committee of the Charitable Fund submitted to the Ministry of Labor a request for a license to establish a charitable fund to serve the needy people of the village in the name of the Al-Nabih Saleh Charitable Fund until it was announced in August of the year 2000 AD, noting that charitable work did not stop in the village during this period.

The Nabih Saleh Charitable Fund was transformed into the Nabih Saleh Charitable Society in accordance with Law No. (42) of 2009 amending some provisions of the Law of Societies, Social and Cultural Clubs, and Private Bodies working in the Field of Youth, Sports and Private Institutions issued by Legislative Decree No. (21) of 1989 and Resolution No. (19) For the year 2010 specifying the conditions and procedures for converting private institutions into associations and are registered in the register of social and cultural associations and clubs under entry No. (35/C/K).
