His Excellency the Minister of Labor and Social Development, Mr. Jamil bin Muhammad Ali Humaidan, the Honorary President of the National Association to Support Education and Training, Al-Wajeeh Taqi bin Muhammad Al-Baharna, and in the presence of the Chairman of the Association’s Board of Directors, Mr. Nabil Al-Salman, met in his office at the Ministry, on the occasion of the celebration of the passing of a number of seekers He worked for the apprenticeship program in the field of engineering drawing, which was implemented at the Teacher Institute.
The trainees have obtained an internationally accredited certificate, and they have been entered into the on-the-job training program in a number of engineering offices, in addition to giving them a financial reward during the training period, and receiving unemployment benefit at the same time.
On this occasion, Humaidan praised the association’s efforts and contributions in supporting training and continuing education policies, noting in particular the association’s support for the apprenticeship program in the field of engineering drawing, calling on various parties and personalities to emulate this successful experience and contribute to other community initiatives in the context of everyone’s endeavor to enhance national efforts to advance the system Training and education, stressing in this context the importance of advancing the training process and developing the capabilities of national cadres to be able to compete and be sustainable, making Bahraini the best choice when hiring with employers.
During the ceremony, His Excellency the Minister honored the notable Taqi bin Mohammed Al Baharna in appreciation of his efforts in support of the Ministry’s objectives aimed at upgrading the national human resources, in addition to presenting graduation certificates to those who successfully passed the training program, praising their seriousness and discipline throughout the training period, expressing sincere congratulations to those whose procedures were completed. Employing them in private sector facilities, stressing that the ministry is in the process of finalizing the procedures for hiring the remaining group of graduates during the coming period.
For his part, the honorary president of the association, Al-Wajeh Taqi bin Muhammad Al-Baharna, valued the support provided by the Ministry of Labor and Social Development to the programs and activities of the association, which aim to promote various training programs, contribute to the rehabilitation of national human cadres, and guide them professionally before their integration into their career, pointing out that The Society's initiatives in the field of supporting the training and rehabilitation of job seekers are continuing, based on the Society's sense of patriotism and full belief in the importance of community partnership in serving the country in various fields.
