Umm Al-Hassam Sports and Cultural Club, represented by its president, Dr. Hisham Abdul Rahman Al Bin Ali, a memorandum of understanding with the National Association to Support Education and Training represented by its president Hamza Ali Sharaf, aims to advance the youth sector and reach wider horizons by achieving strategic goals for youth that focus on discovering, refining and highlighting youth talents in various fields.
