Upgrading the training system by concerting efforts

The Minister of Labor and Social Development, Jamil bin Muhammad Ali Humaidan, met with the honorary president of the National Association to Support Education and Training, Wajih Taqi bin Muhammad al-Baharna, in the presence of the Association’s Chairman of the Board of Directors, Hamza Sharaf, and the former president of the Association, Mahmoud Nasser al-Tubalani, in his office at the Ministry.
The Honorary President of the Society, Al-Wajeeh Al-Baharna, awarded the Minister of Labor and Social Development a certificate of honorary membership in the Society, in appreciation of his effective national role and efforts in supporting education and training for all professional and charitable societies in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
During the meeting, Humaidan was briefed on the activities and programs implemented by the association, and its efforts to find ways and means to support education and training and encourage young people to enroll in training courses that contribute to providing them with the skills needed by the labor market. In this context, Humaidan praised the Society’s efforts and contributions in supporting training and continuing education policies, and its social activity in promoting a culture of training, stressing the importance of advancing the training process and developing the capabilities of national cadres to be able to compete and be sustainable, thus making Bahrainis the ideal choice when hiring with employers, pointing out To the importance of concerted governmental and private efforts to improve the training and education system.
In turn, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Association to Support Education and Training, Hamza Sharaf, valued the support provided by the Ministry of Labor and Social Development to the Association and to various other civil organizations, pointing out that the Association continues its efforts in providing various courses for human resource development through community partnership between the concerned parties. He commended the role played by the ministry in enhancing communication and cooperation with all associations in order to achieve the development of charitable and humanitarian work in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
