The Sadad Charitable Fund Foundation (Private Foundation) was established in the Kingdom of Bahrain in the register of private foundations under registration No. (5 / m / kh / r / 98 AD) in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Societies, Social and Cultural Clubs and Private Bodies working in the Field of Youth, Sports and Private Institutions issued by Decree-Law No. (21) of 1989 and its amendments and ministerial decisions issued in implementation thereof.

The Sadad Charitable Fund Foundation has been transformed into the Sadad Social Charitable Society in accordance with Law No. (42) of 2009 amending some provisions of the Law of Societies, Social and Cultural Clubs, and Private Bodies working in the Field of Youth and Sports and Private Institutions issued by Decree-Law No. (21) of 1989 and Resolution No. (19) ) for the year 2010 specifying the conditions and procedures for converting private institutions into associations and are registered in the register of social and cultural associations and clubs under entry No. (24/c/kh/a).

The Society's headquarters and management center is Building 2888A - Zaid Bin Omairah Street 106 - Block 1037 - Kingdom of Bahrain, and the scope of its charitable work, the official geographical boundaries of the Sadad region.
