Refund policies:

 

- The Association will refund the fees through bank transfer, cash payment or checks. No fees will be refunded unless customers provide us with correct details of their bank accounts and attach them to the redemption request form.
- The donor must submit the official refund request form from the association and hand it over to our office with an original copy of the payment receipt.
- 5% administrative fee is deducted from the refund.
