The benefits of yoga for women are many, as it is considered one of the most important sports for getting rid of stress and anxiety. The benefits of yoga for women are not limited to mental health only, but it is also useful for slimming, strengthening muscles, and increasing fitness. In recognition of the importance of this sport and its impact on women, the Tree of Life Charitable Social Association organized Health and Happiness Workshop (Women's Yoga) in cooperation with a group of women from Art of Living to train mothers on special techniques to relieve stress, the importance of breathing, sources of energy, and chair yoga. A total of 20 women, mothers affiliated with the association, including widows and members of the Culture and Reading Club, attended the workshop on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at the association’s headquarters. The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Engineer Khalil Al-Dailami, and all members of the Board of Directors extend their sincere thanks to the ladies of Art Of Living for the generous initiatives they provide for widows and orphans, and we hope that these initiatives will continue, may God grant them success in what He loves and is pleased with.
