On Saturday, November 29, 2025, the Tree of Life Charitable Social Association organized an educational lecture entitled "The Four 'No's' in Construction Engineering," presented by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Engineer Khalil Al-Dailami. The lecture was attended by a group of specialists and those interested in the fields of engineering and construction, as well as members of the community seeking to enhance their knowledge of the fundamentals of safe and sustainable building. The lecture began with a welcoming address from the Association, which emphasized the importance of raising the level of technical and engineering awareness among community members. Following this, Engineer Khalil Al-Dailami addressed the lecture's main points, which revolved around the concept of the "Four 'No's" in construction engineering. These are a set of essential principles aimed at minimizing construction errors and enhancing the efficiency of buildings. The engineer explained these "No's" in a simplified manner, supported by practical examples and engineering studies, demonstrating the impact of adhering to them on strengthening building durability and ensuring the safety of residents. Al-Dailami also touched upon a number of important guidelines that must be considered during the design, implementation, and supervision phases, stressing that adherence to engineering standards is not optional, but rather a necessity for preserving lives and property and supporting responsible urban development. The lecture concluded with an open discussion for the attendees, which witnessed remarkable interaction from the participants who raised various questions about common problems that occur at construction sites, how to evaluate the quality of engineering work, and ways to avoid financial and time waste during implementation.
