The Bani Jamra Charitable Fund was established in 1994, and the Bani Jamra Charity Fund was registered in the registration register of private institutions under registration No. (6 / M / Kh / r) on 15 February 1994 in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Societies, Youth and Sports. In 2011 and Ministerial Resolution No. 11 of 2011 issued on February 28, 2011, the foundation of Bani Jamra Charity Fund was transformed into a charity and registered in the registration of associations and social and cultural clubs under No. 5 / C / Kh. The headquarters of the Association and its area of ​​operation is the village of Bani Jamra and its geographical extensions and its statute is published in the Official Gazette No. 2992 issued on 24 March 2011.
